Important info about your accommodation at Lake Spitzingsee
Deposit
A deposit is only required for groups, not for individual bookings.
For groups it amounts to 50% of the total rate and should be paid up to 21 days before arrival.
Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Dogs
Your four-legged friend is welcome at our accommodation at Lake Spitzingsee. We’ll charge €15.00 per night (without food). We provide sleeping mats and bowls for your pets.
Please note that your dog is not allowed in the breakfast room.
Children’s rates
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge at our accommodation at Lake Spitzingsee.
For children aged between 6 and 12, we charge €25.00 per night.
For teenagers aged between 12 and 18, we charge €55.00 per night.
Local tax
A local tax is charged on site in addition to the accommodation rate.
No local tax is charged for children aged between 6 and 14.
For children aged between 14 and 18, the local tax is €1.00 per night.
For guests aged 18 and over, the local tax is €2.00 per night.
For conference participants and business travellers, the local tax is €1.00 per night.
Pre-check-out
You don’t want to spend time at reception on your day of departure, but prefer to head directly home instead? Here you have the chance to complete a pre-check-out. Simply pay the hotel bill the evening before, then you only have to return the room key on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy
At our hotel at Lake Spitzingsee, we don’t charge cancellation fees for individual bookings. However, if your room is not cancelled by the day of arrival and you don’t turn up, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the rate of your stay.
The following cancellation policy applies for groups of 10 to 50 people:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before the start of the event.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total rate.
- Up to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 60% of the total rate.
- Up to 1 day before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total rate.
Extra beds in the rooms
Please note that extra beds designed for children cannot be used for adults.
