Cerebrospinal fluid therapy

Our sauna at Lake Spitzingsee lets you continue relaxing after your massage: space for 6 to 8 people, an experience shower with an ice bucket, and four massage loungers await you. If you’re feeling brave, you can simply take the plunge into Lake Spitzingsee at 1,000 metres above sea level.
